Request for Proposal 2018-01 – Provision of Security Services for London Public Library

Contract awarded to G4S Secure Solutions to provide on-site security services to the London Public Library for a three (3) year term, April 1, 2018 until March 31, 2021, with the right to negotiate a yearly extension to the 3 year contract for up to 2 additional years. The estimated cost of the contract for year one is $208,300 based on the G4S quoted hourly billing rates, subject to final contract negotiations.

Provision of Library Furniture Elements - Central Library Revitalization: The purchase of furniture for the Central Library Revitalization was made from the following vendors who were selected as preferred vendors through a Request for Proposal process:  In2Space Interior Solutions; Facility Resources (now Raven Studio Inc.); POI Business Interiors and Verto 360. (September 28, 2017)

Provision of Multi-Function Devices for London Public Library – Contract awarded to Konica Minolta for a total approximate value of $60,000.00 (excluding HST) (September 28, 2017).

Environmental/Experiential Graphics Design Consulting Services, Central Library Revitalization -Contract awarded to Entro Communications with fees of $79,500 (excluding Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) (October 26, 2015)
