Sexual Health Drop-in Cancelled

The Middlesex London Health Unit will not be at the Central Library during the summer months. 

The Sexual Health Drop in Sessions allowed people to have one on one time with a nurse to discuss their health concerns and questions.  They also offered services including pregnancy tests, contraception and counselling.

Nutritional Approach to Mental Health - Health Regained!

Come and join us for the part two of the Nutritional Approach to Mental Health on Wednesday, May 12 at 7 pm in the Stevenson & Hunt room in Central Library. Lorraine Stuyt, ND will be talking about Health Regained. She will look at the specific nutritional deficiencies related to depression and anxiety, and explain how nutritional therapy could improve symptoms, under the guidance of a health practitioner.
