London Public Library is experiencing a major Library technology systems outage that began on December 13, 2023 and is affecting many Library services.
The outage appears to be the result of a cyber incident. We have engaged experts in this area and investigations are underway as we work to restore our systems.
As service updates and new information become available, we will share updates on our website, a version of which has been restored as of today, December 18. Updates from December 13 to 18 were published on the Library's social media channels.
