This is not a research service. This is a service designed to help you make the best use of our library resources and collections and get you started on your research.
Book a Librarian service cannot:
- offer advice (e.g., medical, legal, investment, tax preparation) except to advise users of reliable sources of information
- type or proofread your document, resume, cover letter, etc.
- offer troubleshooting or maintenance help with personal computers

Library computer classes are not available at this time.

We will look at your appointment request and determine the best person on our staff to help you based on expertise and availability. Your information needs will determine who is best suited to assist you.

Appointments will usually last around 1 hour. If more time is needed, you may schedule another appointment through our website.

Complete the online appointment request form. Include as much detail as possible. We will contact you with more information or to set up an appointment. Staff can assist you with the online form by calling (519) 661-4600.
