Starting Tuesday, July 30, and continuing until August 31, Library service from Sherwood Branch Library will be limited to Holds Pick Up and Returns only.
We had hoped to be able to re-open Sherwood Branch Library next week. However, damage from the flood on July 15 has been too extensive and we are unable to re-open the Branch. In addition, the temporary location in Sherwood Mall where we offered Pop Up Library services this week is no longer available.
Starting Tuesday, July 30, and continuing until August 31, service from Sherwood Branch Library will be limited to Holds Pick Up and Returns only.
This means that you can place items from any library location on hold for pick up from Sherwood. Pick up will be available from the door of the Sherwood Branch (ring doorbell) during the following hours:

Available Services:
- Holds Pick Up: Place items on hold using the catalogue or call us for assistance at 519-661-4600.
- TD Summer Reading Club reporting will also be available during these hours (ring doorbell for staff)
- The inside Return Chute will remain available during Mall hours.
You can also choose to change the pick up location of your holds to another library location during this period.

- WiFi
Library Settlement Services (LSP) have been relocated to Northwest London Resource Centre.
Sherwood Branch Library Renovation Project:
During this period, we are working to build a Pop Up Library space inside Sherwood Branch that will offer limited services through the previously planned renovation of Sherwood Branch Library. This renovation has been scheduled to start this Fall and continue until early Spring 2025. We hope to have this Pop Up space available in early September and will confirm closer to that date. This Pop Up space will provide limited access to computers, printers, photocopiers, a small borrowing collection and holds pick up. You can find more details about the Sherwood renovation here.
