Interlibrary loan is a system of borrowing and lending of books between library systems across Canada.
Self serve Interlibrary Loan is currently unavailable. London Public Library is switching to different software for our Interlibrary Loan Service to make improvements to the service. Patrons can still submit their Interlibrary Loan requests over the phone or in person with staff and we will continue borrowing from other Ontario libraries.
We will update the website when the self serve option is available again - hopefully this will be in early 2025. Until that point staff are very happy to assist in submitting Interlibrary Loan requests.
