Program Proposal Form

Thank you for your interest in offering programming at the London Public Library. When selecting programs, we consider the interests of the local community and the suitability of the library’s physical space. Priority is given to programming that connects people, inspires learning and sparks curiosity. Please note that we are planning our programs at least 3 months in advance.

 

After you complete this form, it will take at least 2 weeks for us to review your proposal. You will be contacted if there is interest in booking your program.

 

Note: A Police Vulnerable Sector Check is required for presenters offering programs to those under 18.

Availability

 

Most programs for children happen during March Break, Summer Break (July & August), and Winter Break (end of December to beginning of January) at 10:30 am, 2:30 pm or 6:30 pm. Other programming happens throughout the year.
